Per Lindell

Per specialises in corporate and commercial law, construction contract law and real estate law. He regularly assists a large number of Swedish and international listed and unlisted companies, risk and venture capital funds, as well as financial institutions, in M&A transactions. Per’s advice includes aquisitions, mergers, outsourcing and restructuring, financing and refinancing, incentive schemes and exit processes. He also assists in major construction and infrastructure projects.
