Lars Borgsten

Lars specialises in company and real estate law. He often advises clients in conjunction with aquisitions and divestments of companies, businesses and properties. Lars also has long experience of insolvency law, and assists clients in reorganisation and restructuring. He is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcy and liquidator.
