Isak Hübinette

Isak acts for clients in disputes, representing companies and individuals in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Isak is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcy, administrator in business reorganisations, and liquidator, and prepares composition/voluntary arrangement and debt collection agreements, and assists in that context.
