Employment law encompasses range of issues, from recruitment to dismissal, and sometimes also subsequent events. Employment law is always a key factor to take into account in business reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and similar situations.

Lindskog Malmström has considerable experience in the field and often helps employers, both before and after problems arise. Our work may concern occupational health and safety, employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, employee participation, problems with individual employees, dismissal and redundancies, as well as compensation.

We also help individual employees in negotiations and litigations following termination, for example.
